Post-MATCH Interviews

Graduate Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Residency Program

The CU Graduate Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics Residency Program will be conducting Post-MATCH Interviews Friday, February 7 (via Zoom). If interested, please apply by 5:00 pm (MST) on Friday, January 24.

To apply, please apply using ONE of the following methods:

PASS Application

If you submitted an application via the web-based applications, Postdoctoral Application Support Service (PASS) for the 2024-2025 cycle, you can submit your application via ADEA PASS to our program.

The PASS application includes:

• Personal essay
• Curriculum Vitae/Resume
• Institution Evaluation Form (IEF)
• Three (3) letters of recommendation
• Official dental school transcript
• Official NBDE or INBDE scores

The remaining items may be emailed (preferred method) to orthoadmissions@ucdenver.edu or mailed to the address below to complete your application:

• CU Orthodontics Supplemental Application
• Official GRE scores (Institutional code: 7209)
• $100 application fee payable to "CU Orthodontics" - Pay Online
• Small photo (passport size)

CU Orthodontics Application

Applicants may apply by submitting all the following required items directly to the CU Orthodontics program at the address below:

  • Academic Performance Evaluation Form
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation 
• Official dental school transcript
  
• Official National Board Dental Examination scores

Note: If you applied to the CU Graduate Orthodontics Program for the 2023-2024 cycle, you are not required to re-submit your application. Your application is on file. If you have additional information/updates, please forward to the email address below as appropriate.
