Educational Observation Program

Participants must apply through our website and must fulfill all requirements for participation.

To ensure that the experience is effective, we have limited the number of participants to 3 per week the program is offered.

At least one week before the start date, participants must send an email with all completed, scanned documents to Rana Laouar at [email protected]. Please note it is the responsibility of the participants to acquire all signatures prior to the observation experience.

The day before the shadowing experience, participants must review the provided HIPAA, FERPA and Infection Control information and attest to and adhere by those guidelines.

Participants may only attend the Educational Observation Program once in their lifetime.

After receipt of an application, space availability ascertained, and completion of all necessary steps (including any required training and paperwork), participants will be assigned a schedule and a designated current student contact to help navigate their schedule.

The program includes attending lectures and observing multiple pre-clinical activities in various domains, including restorative dentistry, dental materials, occlusion, transition clinic and fixed prosthodontics.

Participation in this program does not guarantee admission into the ISP program.

To participate in the Educational Observation Program, you must register in advance. You will then be notified of your candidacy by email. Registration is limited to the first 3 individuals on each date.
