Accreditation | The University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ADA.org/CERP.
Continuing education hours earned by AGD members from programs offered through ADA CERP-approved program providers are accepted by the AGD for credit toward the AGD Fellowship/Mastership (FAGD/MAGD) awards program. Statement of Purpose and Policy | The Office of Continuing Dental Education at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine is financed entirely with revenues from its programs; it does not receive any operating funds from the state government. Its mission is to present courses in response to the interests of the dental community, to enforce the highest standards of instructional quality, and to ensure a diversity in programs consistent with the University’s commitment to academic freedom. Therefore, course sponsorship does not necessarily indicate endorsement of course content but the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.
